What stays on your computer

Chromium and its control server run locally. Browser state, saved spaces, local logs, recipes and recordings are stored on your computer. Saved-space cookies and local storage are sealed with the vault. Other files can use owner-only access without encryption.

We do not receive browsing history or page contents as routine app telemetry. The app has no telemetry. You can explicitly send text and attachments through feedback. Websites and your agent’s provider can receive data separately.

What we collect

The account service processes your account email, sign-in and session records, license status and device identifiers for activation and device limits. Purchase references support license delivery, fraud prevention and accounting. The app does not need your full card details.

Sign-in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture.

Creem handles payment data for purchases. We receive an order ID and your email address from Creem.

If you choose Send feedback, we receive your title, message, feedback kind, app version and optional email. A signed-in report may be linked to your account. Diagnostics and a screenshot are sent only when chosen. Diagnostics contain app and OS versions, browser mode, agent and space counts, and bounded generic error entries. Review screenshots for sensitive content.

Failed sends can stay in a local owner-only queue until retried. Removing local data does not delete a report already sent to the server.

Why we use it

We use account and license data to provide the app, manage access and prevent misuse. Feedback helps us answer requests and improve the product. Where applicable, contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests may support processing.

Payments and recipients

Creem is the merchant of record and handles checkout under its own terms and privacy policy. Payment records may be shared to deliver a license, handle taxes, disputes or refunds.

Cloudflare hosts our website and account service, so it may process the account and feedback data those services handle. Google handles sign-in, and Creem handles payments, as described above. Our providers (Cloudflare, Google and Creem) may process data outside your country. They use their own legal safeguards for these transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We may disclose data when legally required or to protect lawful rights. We do not promise a specific country of storage.

Your agent and other sites

Your MCP client receives tool outputs, including page text, images and structured data. It can send them to its model provider. Schema extraction and summaries use client sampling. The provider’s storage and training terms apply independently. Swarmtab has no built-in model or provider key.

Visited sites, configured proxies and approved webhook destinations receive data needed for tasks you choose. Private browsing does not erase data already sent elsewhere. Review your client and provider settings before using confidential pages.

Retention

Local data remains until app limits, private-session cleanup or your deletion removes it. Saved spaces, downloads and saved captures can have separate lifetimes. Private browser state is discarded on close. Restart recovery reconciles private and orphaned captures after a crash. Exports require separate care.

We keep your account, license and device records while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete these records within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting law (up to 8 years). Feedback you send is kept for up to 2 years. Server logs at Cloudflare are kept for a short time by Cloudflare. Some transaction records must be kept where law requires.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete or receive personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where it applies. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority. Legal exceptions and identity checks can apply.

Send requests to contact@swarmtab.com. Identify the account without sending passwords, tokens or cookies. Account deletion, removing a device and uninstalling the app are separate actions.
