Refund policy
All sales are final, except where the law requires a refund.

Our rule
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one.
EU and UK buyers
At checkout, if you buy from the EU or the UK, you agree that the download starts at once. Because of that agreement, you lose your 14-day right to withdraw (cancel) from the purchase.
Creem and chargebacks
Creem is our merchant of record. Creem manages chargebacks against Swarmtab sales. To prevent a chargeback, Creem may refund a payment within 60 days of purchase. That is Creem’s decision, not a refund promise from us. For a chargeback, the payment provider makes the final decision.

Ask about an order
Email contact@swarmtab.com. Include the order reference, the email address you bought with, the date and a short reason. Never send card details or passwords.
