What you buy

You buy one Swarmtab license for $29.99 USD. You pay once. There is no subscription and no trial. The app is delivered as a download.

Your license

Your license works on up to 3 devices. Mac, Windows and Linux devices count together.

You may use Swarmtab for personal use or company use. You may not resell the license.

Updates

Your license includes lifetime updates: all future versions of Swarmtab. You do not pay again for them.

Payment

Creem is our merchant of record. Creem handles checkout and payment under its own terms.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one. Read the Refund policy.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what your AI agents do with Swarmtab, including what they do on websites. Follow the terms of each website you use. Follow the law.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Swarmtab is provided as is. We do not promise that it will run without errors. We do not promise that a website will accept what your agent does.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about Swarmtab or your license is limited to the price you paid for that license. We are not liable for indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes fraud, and death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Karnataka, India, have jurisdiction.
